In fact most hunters that are efficient do not spend a lot of time broadcasting their presence or chatting or arguing with the enemy. When we attack, you will usually hear something like "engage target"or similar. That is far more "in role play" than some of the oorp whining and complaining I see in system chat.

Note the part "you will usually hear something like "engage target"or similar." [that is not saying nothing, that could well be a hunters rp]

But looking through the forum I found this and am wondering that if more is required than the above
how exactly is this allowed then? -
