So far the impression I get about what Hunters are is nothing more the money hungry bottom feeders.
They do not care about human life or rights beyond what is going to earn them a few more credits.
I have already encountered several smugglers who thought for some stupid reason that they could bribe me to look the other way. I could understand that if I was a Merc but come on. Would a BH actually do that, I dont think so. If I am wrong then the history and role of a BH here is a very odd one.
If this is your view of bouny hunter, you sir should try to play something else.
1. Hunter? Prey? Sorry, no pass, we are all humans.
2. Hungry bottom feeders? No, only pilots who use skills to get money for life. For instance, one xeno pilot has bounty of at least 800 credits on his head(price of pilot comodity) and 800 credits is 2 class 1 guns. That doesnt seem like starving to me.
3. True, but that does not make you bloody harvester. Or do you see all pilots as bloodthirsty ravaging sociopaths who live only to kill?
4. So... if thug attacked you in dark alley, and there is no help coming. You have knife, he has assault rifle. Would you give him money? Or would you fight, or maybe try to flee?
5. Difference between merc and hunter is... Hunters are mercs who work for guild. Thats all. Also, is you are allready hungry for money, like you stated before, doesnt smugglers bribe of 2-3 milions sund better than 150k from authority? Again, we are all humans and everything has its price.
