Some of these complaints on this thread could equally be directed at many others and are not unique to DW.

DW can not be the only group accused of "overkill".....I myself have often been attacked by many, when on my own. I was attacked by a group of 6 the other day....I am not complaining, it happens. I also know of other DWs who have experienced the same.
I have also seen many occasions where the attackers have either said nothing or very little, prior to attacking. Only last night we were called to assist someone, we warned the attackers in system chat, in fact we said quite a lot in rp..... and there was no response from them at all before or during or after the fight

So, it seems to me that ALL players should think about the complaints as they can apply to many.
