Interesting.

While I was actually, sleeping. I was thinking it may be easier to RP this similar to the "Free Masons" or "Knights of Templar" in the Mid-evil era.

Blood dragons are red, Black dragons (Hogosha) are black, and well you aren't exactly the opposite of the Hogosha, I think "white dragons" should be reserved for a KNF/KSP aligned faction instead.

If anyone would like to give pointers on how I could revise this to be a KNF/KSP aligned faction, it'd be great.

Like:
What should this faction be, an Elite Wing of both KNF and KSP? (Like the CIA/FIB?)
A Religious Order like I have it set up to be but more similar to the Free Masons and Knights of Templar?
Imperial Royal Guard?
