Possible Gallic Capital Shipline?

i think the ships are looking good. - ( the proposed gallic ships ) - they have a classic shape - which happens to be similar to a vacuum cleaner - not cause THEY look like a vacuum cleaner, but cause the vacuum cleaners were made to look like what those classic ships looked like ( when seen in older sci-fi )

now the problem - the real major problem about the ships is....

the suggestion comes a bit too late - about 6 months too late, i daresay. - the gallic ships designs are not only decided on but they are also already finished and fully in the beta. Doom made the designs and they fit into freelancer pretty well. - that does not mean that your model here does not fit or is worse - it just means that the gallic ships are done already.

as i had learned the hard way, there is much more about getting the ships into the mod than just the model. - so even if we had not have the gallic ships yet - it would be a lot of work to get them to work - and that includes texturing, hardpointing, writing the ini, loadout, etc.

maybe the ship you got can be worked on. - not as gallic ships, but maybe as a worty replace for ... lets say one of the battlestars. - there are many options to get a ship like that into the mod... BUT most probabaly not into 4.85 cause for that... it might be a bit too late.
