Hello all,

Since Im still a beginner in creating systems I wanted to ask you all a question.
I created the system with all its bases, but I have a problem. I don't know how to change the base characters. I used the orbital spa and cruises Baden base but how can I change the chars on that base to Outcast characters.
I also would want to know how to change the news and rumours on the base and also the interaction with base chars, if anyone can please help me out.
