I gave minor examples not every case. its the principle of the matter.

sorry that i didnt take into account every single faction in my post.

as for the BHG, the regular bounty hunters are basically the LR on a different side of the law. they are stupid, poor, and former criminals, if they had best weaps no house government would let them in.

the CORE can have uber weapons all they want.

----->jsut because there is a large ZOI doesnt mean that a faction is automatically powerful.
