I DO not believe that the Corsairs, who already have the strongest shield busters, should be given a more balanced version of the gun. In essence making the gun the overall best in the game. By making a lesser gun such as the advanced Debilitator, etc. Allows the gun to be less then the most powerful but attractive due to its ability to used by anyone that can get access to it. (Which is everyone. But some of you might have to buy it off the black market.) But that is just my feeling.

//this is based off the fact that the corsairs have the Pulse weapon. Though I am not 100 on who all has pulse shield busters.
