Aye, they do kill caps faster, but they die a lot faster too... and 3 Cats is just as effective as 3 Challnegers at nailing a cap, so they're severely outclassed.
Hell, Catamarans are perfect at taking out Templars, which should be an anti-Catamaran vessel. They're perfect at taking out Templars, and still damn good against caps.
To be fair, this is unfair for KNF too. They feel they can't use their best ship, and may even feel bad when it IS actually necessary
