I am Captain Izii of the Broken-Hammer destroyer. I've long used my time with the Zoners to further exploration of Sirius and it's many systems, and now I feel it is time to give back to the Zoners for their hospitality and kinship they've readily provided. As my father, Dauthi Helfari was a Rheinland Military pilot, you may expect my devotion to an orderly, clean operation of the Council's commands to come from myself and my crew.

I respectfully submit my application to join the ranks of the Council.
