I am contacting you to clear any doubts on licensing process regarding restricted export to the Taus.

In first place you may want to see the Kusari Legal Codex, where it is described the process that have to be followed in order to obtain any type of Kusari licenses,
along with current laws and regulations.

Unfortunately, it appears your STF convoy run into some new KNF recruits that wasn't prepared yet to handle a situation like this and made an understandable mistake
in good faith, improvising.

Let me make clear that no Kusari license can be obtained by an encounter in space with any Kusari representative of sort, except very few cases.
A formal request have to reach the KNF High Command where it will be taken into consideration, discussed and eventually approved or denied.

Our offices are willing to consider those 30 millions of credits received as an advance payment for the money deposit needed for an eventual export group license request that may reach the KNF High Command in a near future, or, credits can be sent back to you if such is your will.
