I hope this communique finds you in good health, and with lots of work. We at IND hold the S/D agency in the highest regard, and thus I am approaching you about a matter of some significance. The IND is currently looking at increasing our escort fleet, as such we are looking at different ships that most appropriately fill our needs. During my evaluation of our needs and tactics as well as our procedures and practices, I have come to the conclusion that the Bounty Hunter bomber would fit our need like the proverbial glove. It ranked high in all of my evaluational criteria. Now, this ship, as you well know, is sold on your Sheffield Station, and as such we would like to discuss the purchase of a limited number of these ships for our escort fleet.
