Regarding the BHG

• 1. The office of the Chancellor of Rheinland will create and maintain a bounty board with job offers against key figures of the criminal organizations in Rheinland. The purpose of this is to promote the Bounty Hunter's Guild in Rheinland in a meaningful manner.
  • a. Bounties will only be valid inside of Rheinland space (jobs executed outside of Rheinland territory won't be paid);
    b. Bounties will only be valid when fulfilled from fighter class ships (LF, HF, VHF, SHF and Bombers);
    
  2. On the other hand, the Rheinland government will completely forbid the operation of BHG capital ships inside of Rheinland territories bar notified and authorized logistic activities (pass through Rheinland to reach other systems). Any ships disregarding this regulation will be deemed criminals and dealt with accordingly.

Regarding Military "independent" characters

• 1. Any player portraying a correctly IDed, tagged, named and behaved Rheinland Military character that's willing to portray a (Private First Class) pilot in a fighter- (Wrath or Snubnose bomber) or gunboat-class ship and answer directly to any [RM] tagged player is welcomed to fully participate in [RM]'s activities.
  
  2. Any player willing to portray a correctly IDed, tagged, named and behaved Rheinland Military Cruiser or Battleship may do so with RMHC permission and good RP back story. However, to avoid the inevitable inconsistencies in the chain of command with regard to the [RM] faction, those players are to obey any [RM] tagged character's orders as if directly relayed from their Commanding Officers (Admirals, for example).
