As to the Cutter Service idea, I think it's actually pretty neat. Not exactly my thing, but wouldn't either house police or house military ID work?

The House Police ID is under consideration, but the military ID would be a no-no. The LCS is not the military(Navy, in this case). Once 4.85 rolls around, House Military IDs will not allow Navymen and women to enforce regular laws, such as smuggling.

And in Liberty, the majority of the laws being broken is... smuggling!

And the military does not really rescue people so much as it blows stuff up, are you picking up what im putting down?
