As we are based on Cali in Tau-23, most of our forces will be stationed in Tau-23. As Outcasts we will defend any other outcast base if needed, so we consider the following systems our core zone:

The Operation Zone covers all systems we will have to pass through to move from one base to another as well as any system our ships will mainly operate in.

Kusari (jump hole to Kyushu is in Tau-23, not far away from our base. Main intentions there are to disturb military actions that could endanger our activities in Tau-space)
Liberty (due to our relationship with the Lane Hackers we will work together with them, maybe with the Rogues too.)

Sigma-space (The forces stationed on Malta are closer, so there is no need for us to go there)
