What I meant by arrogance, is there are a lot of people who think that everyone should speak English and they themselves don't speak a second language.

I don't speak a second language, but I still think that everyone here should be able to speak english, enough so that everybody can understand you. I don't go to other servers/countries and expect them to bend to my language, I expect the same courtesy.
