I think on balance a word with the Faction Leader might be the right thing and you could make it a positive gesture. If the pilot concerned carries on acting this way it'll be the Faction that will suffer in the end anyway...I think the leader therefore deserves an opportunity to sort it out before the situation escalates.

So do we just then ban them all until they can prove they speak english? There has to be something. Also should I contact the faction leader of their faction. Even though he appeared to be an indi?
