Well, for first thing, congratulations on trying to make ALG faction.

Maybe you should add following ships to transport selection:

CSV
Behemot
Train
Large Train
Advanced Train

And you will want theese if you are civie ship user
Starblazer
Faclon
Hawk
Griffin
Eagle
Roc

Keep simple ranks. Maybe director, manager, employee, new employee

You need alot of research on your diplomacy list. Also you need 5 relation degrees in it. Ally, Friendly, Neutral, Unfriendly, Enemy

Some more polishing, and you might get it to work.
