Should factions receive money from the admins?

The only way I'd like factions to earn money through things like the sale/purchase of goods at certain destinations would be an automatic toll coming out of thin air after the sale/purchase of a load of goods at a certain place. For example, Military Vehicles being sold on a LN base might bring in a small amount of money, automatically added to the account of one of the characters on the LN armoury account.

As it stands, I'd be quite fine if each faction had a way to trade properly. To my knowledge, there are three or four routes that the LLS (former LNT) can use. Two of which go to Bretonia, one to Kusari. I think there may be an in-house route aswell, but that one is pretty poor.

I wouldn't mind the occasional stimulus package from the admins though. It would reward official factions more, which they could really use.

It should be performance related, though none of the things that I would measure are quantitative. For example, how much is the LN affecting gameplay in Liberty, and is it good or bad? The answers to those questions depend on who you are.
