Ok...I have to address something here first, then I will answer comments and questions..

First. Ravens.....Take any of your communication to a secure frequency. I can handle this lot of miscreants and ::Shudders:: Lawmen. We know where we stand, and how we work. Why do they need such details? Please, go hunt...I will take care of this and join the hunt later.

Jake - Fixed with a bit more info. Currently we are recruiting from all parts of Outcast territory and so you may see us there. Our main areas should be in Bretonia and the surrounding Outcast fly zones.

Darth...I PMed you about this. I wish any such transgression be sent to ME in PM, not in a thread, please. This is so I can get thing organized and such posts take up valuable space and clog the works to boot. I have also spoken to the 'Offender' and will and am working toward fixing such things permanently.

Ace - I have ordered Ravens to Keep 5K distance from Manhattan to try to help but as so many people are in New York, it is an obvious recruiting ground. Thanks for pointing this out.

Ghost - I will do that. Thank you for the update. and sorry.

Hell - A. I am currently working on that part of our group. Currently there is little to be honest. We fly what each person eitehr comes with when they apply and/or get a ship they feel comfortable in. I am limiting the use of Capital class vessels, of course. However, many of the recruits are Indy Outcasts and simply already have such vessels under their command, from what ever previous life. I am working on ways to encompass this, and still keep our force from being a Cap fleet, which would not work well for me. I do enforce EVERY member have a fighter/bomber type of ship, and that be the majority of the time used. We will keep our large vessels for seige and repullsing invaders of or base. I hope this helps, but it will be set more firmly soon.
B. Punishments are being dealt. These begin with Warnings and work into fines. However, even a bad apple has parts that can add to a pie. I am not quick to eject a pilot, as it would be VERY hypocritical of my character. I am not ignoring these issues, I just have not broadcast these things. Maybe I should. Maybe it would hurt my already unsteady morale and recruiting process. I do what I can, but I WILL if I have no chooice do what I MUST for the life of the whole.
C. Thanks for your input. Good stuff. Cannibalism is not our state of everyday living by no means. But if you look so tasty I can't help myself...I guess you shouldn't have taken me up on Dinner and worn such a nice perfume. ::Chuckles:: Actually its being left more to rumor and innuendo. Emon - Well said my good man. I have been dealing with each group as I can get them on Comms. However, some have heard such unfortunate stories, some have no clue who I am or Raven are. Truly it seems to be a day to day thing that I find this out myself.

Obnoxious1 - *Cough* *Cough* ::Typing can be heard:: Um I think I saw you there....um, yeah, yeah, you are right next to....::Hangs head:: Crap. You thought you were gonna be the last one again....::looks out of the corner of his eye:: Wonder if he heard that' You are there, now.
A. Pirating overall has been suspended. Mainly we will be pirating yes. However I have ordered any piracy to be kept to a maximum of 250,000. Other than this we will make our money through our own actions and hunting.
B. I have sent word to EVERY OC leader and received a bit of input. However, we will read YOU as Friendly. If YOU shoot us, well that is not because WE aren't willing to live in peace. ::OOC: I can't make my hud green to some OC and white or red to others, ya know End OOC::
C. I have as of the time this has been posted asked all Ravens to let me speak for us. Yes, I even ask some orders. No reason to be rude to your own men right? I mean they only want to help in their eyes. It should be taken care of.

Grimtooth - I am addressing and hope to have the issue solved.

Reverend Del - I know that. However, we are an odd bunch. We won't act as if they show as Hostile, unless we must. Some things just are what they are. We can only get so much in life, the rest we must make do with.

Ah....Orin.... - A. You would point that out wouldn't you? I am working on this. They are very complicated and will more than likely be a bit brief, as well. We simply wish to get our status as equals back for now. From there we can figure that out when we get there. Currently we aren't there yet, so it is the only goal.
B. Well that works intricately. We are not running around filling our holds with bodies for dinner. But who knows what happens in a ship deep in space, maybe sometimes we still DO run out of food. Maybe we all have full panties in our Sabres. ::Chuckles:: MAinly this is myth, but unless one of my men bite you, please don't spread this as fact. ::OOC: its already there, and now mostly we use it for shock and fear value, The occasional joke or threat too End OOC::
C. I am getting that under wraps as fast as I can. Patience my friend.

Derkylos - Partially you are right. It is from a list I have gradually been changing to fit as needed. Overall I can't fix each ships HUD to read multiple redaings for the same groups. In the end until I can get all of them into Comms and settled, then I will get it finalized. This is my draft, and is constantly being updated. The IMG and CR are in Ceasefire with Raven, hence the Neutral status, this is temporary. A stall tactic in the war if you will. Not an alliance.
