After spending time in Rheinland you kinda tend to avoid those patrols. They are not lethal in them selves, but especially those Wraths can make your life difficult in a small ship. I'd say those patrols can tip easily the pvp situation in lawful players favor.

But when I fly everywhere else than Rheinland I just have to have a laugh. Those patrols of incompetence really can not do anything, so beef up the other house patrol firepower.

Flying under radar.
