How does a Vanilla fighter that dies to a single missile counter a non-vanilla fighter loaded to the brim with explosives? A single one hits and he dies. It'll take a good 20 to hit the non-vanilla to strip his weapons. All the while dodging or CDing missiles and mines. Thats if the Vanilla fighter even has a CD. If it does, it'll run out of CDs before the opponent runs out of missiles. And CMs/CDs don't alway work. Eventually a missile or nuke mine gets through. I could beat 10 Templars alone in a Ravenclaw if I had 4 missiles and torp and a nuke mine on it.. Its a cheap way to get some kills. Why chose the easy way to pile up the kill messages when you can go with a fair and completely RP setup that will give a challenging and fun experience to both players? Its selfish to use missiles on a ship that doesn't get hurt by them against a ship that dies to just one.
