Erm... two things:

Kane: It's not alot of work... The "Server Content" would be made by patrons of the server with little to no help from Igiss. and would prevent Igiss from having to add all the content himself.

Angel: This techicaly wouldn't be making "seperate" versions of disco for public and private... It's like activating Discovery then activating a second mod that adds content.. for example a ship pack from lancers reactor...

The "version" number thing would just be there to be informative *and* prevent people without the proper content packs installed from joining.
