I'd say Liberty and Rheinland as a whole would know on the lawful side, althought Rheinland would've probably kept it under wraps... hard...

As for the omicron pirates, i'd say that the Outcasts "know" in a way, but chose to accept a different truth than that which the rest of sirius has accepted, for better and worse. The Corsairs have obviously had their opinion of the nomads changed by banding up with The Order.

Hmm... Supose Jinx has a point, in a way, but perhaps the standard liberty pilot sees them as a biological experiment set loose by Rheinland in order to weaken liberty? After all, the first events which lead to the "Nomad war" originated from Rheinland. ... But then again, one can theorize about this until one's fingers fall off and eyes turn to ash and we won't still get any answers. I supose the most important question is: "How does your chracter percive the Nomads?"
