If the privateers could only privateer Kusari companies, we'd never get to privateer anyone. Indie traders have huge trading ships and haul lots of supplies, and there are a LOT of indie traders.

With the 4.85 ID, we can't privateer Liberty companies... Which is a severe nerf to us, since the vast majority of indie traders who grab a corporate ID just so they can keep their Adv. Train will end up grabbing a Liberty corp's ID.
