THC command,
Over the past months your ships have been followed by both Order and Zoner ships and your actions have been seen. Needless to say we're not happy with what we have recorded.

First of all, there is no official record of any such "THC" faction on Sirius, I suggest you get that status approved if at all possible.

Secondly, you are in violation of 3 Zoner and Order laws, all of which demand explanation.

1) One of your ships we have followed is the "BigFatty", a Zoner Juggernaut with an Order ID and IFF. The Zoner Juggernaut is a ship intended only to be used by the Zoners and the Order has agreed not to purchase any of these as they require many resources and cost too much to build. Time and Effort better spent on other projects.

2) Attacking Liberty with Order ID'd and tagged ships. No Order ships are permitted anywhere into Liberty. This was an executive Order given a long time ago and yet you fail to do so, stay away from all house systems. The Order has a strict Zone of Operations.

3) Attacking Liberty (and anyone else) with Zoner ships. The Zoners have long been Neutral throughout Sirius and their ships are not to be used for attacking Civilians and those not hostile to the Zoners, mainly being Nomads and other attackers.

Liberty does not attack Zoners, so there is no reason to use Zoner ships and eqquipment to attack Liberty. I have spoken with high ranking Zoner officials and we agreed we must send you this message.
Please respond with an explanation and avoid these actions from here on. Laws exist for a reason, and they are for the good of all of us.
