This annoys me. Though I see where you're coming from marauder, you sully SF and victimise one of our members, then hide behind your "my opinions - don't flame me" and I won't stand for it. It has already been explained that the Corsair ship is nothing to do with SF, though you also lambaste us for having one character with one ship from our long-term close allies. This past week I've fought Corsairs in Rhineland ships, could you explain that to me? How about you wail about them instead of dragging your allies' names through the dirt.
It's not unheard of for a military to be using equipment supplied by allies. Take the Israeli military for example, almost exclusively outfitted with American technology. RM is equally welcome to Bretonian armament, only you restrict it yourselves, so don't tell us we don't RP just because our faction requirements are slightly different. We still keep it as close to "realistic" as it can be in Discovery story terms.
Another point, though you haven't mentioned it, is although I respect and commend you for sticking to Rhineland guns only, that is not feasible for the majority of other factions in the game if they are to play on level terms with everybody else. Weapon choice is one thing I believe should be left as diverse as possible if we're already restricting ship types. If you put your own members at too much of a disadvantage they will get obliterated, annoyed and eventually leave. Simply holding proper ship restrictions like most all factions already do seems to work pretty well.
Anyways, I agree with your points on terrorists and pirates. I just think this post could've been a little more discrete and a little less SF lampooning :0P
