Since certain people have been taking our name in vain here...
Athenian is the leader of the S/D faction. Effectively I'm second in command of the S/D. (I have two forum accounts, one for at home, and this one at work.) Since he has an assortment of personal issues that I will not bring up here, he may not be in a position to respond for a while, so I'll throw this out.
The S/D started in house space. We have members who have Guild Core IFF, and are thus capable of buying and flying large capital ships. We also know that 4.85 is going to be coming out, so if I say that we're planning for the future - um, I'm not going to reveal any secrets, but let's just say that there are things in the planning regarding us.
Another thing to keep in mind when you're saying you don't see us online very much - what time zone are you in? We have active members ranging from GMT +10 (Australia) to GMT -8 (Alaska), with a lot of people in the GMT +0 to GMT -5 range. Also keep in mind that a fair number of the S/D pilots are also members of our subsidiary organization, AP Manufacturing. There's very seldom a time that I don't see at least ONE of our members online, under their various names. (I know the names of many of our members OTHER characters as well.)
