Commander Kimura,
although the world "Liberty" was used for the off-limits ZOI, I am going to make sure that Alaska does not count for that. I had Alaska in mind when that law was first passed, however there are Nomads in Alaska and we are gaining a foothold there so Alaska is now a limited ZOI. Meaning Order ships may enter however need to be careful.

As for the THC, I have spoken with Zoner officials and these ships have attacked Liberty and openly shot anything that moved to accounts I recieved. Just as the representative from the Council of Zoners has said, those ships are to be turned into... carriers. For our benefit, and I know you have taken a keen interest in the models being built in Evora.

I will make sure our pilots know about Alaska, however the THC are to be dealt with by both Order and Zoner members in the proper way. They have had warnings.
