Factions allowed in Gallic space

I could imagine my little NLH checking Gallia for some polluters and try to persuade them to not do such things:). Well, an entrance will be exactly 1 jump out of the Gaian's Guard system, so i don't really see why they shouldn't go into at least the first system.
Ahm, are Corsairs and Kusari hostile in 4.85? I remember Corsairs, Farmers and KNF fighting against GC/Dragons some time back. Would say they are the unfriendly side of friendly.
Of course, i don't know what will be next version.

KNF and Corsairs are hostile. BAF and OC have a fragile neutrality, since BAF is losing the war. But KNF is winning, and don't need the Corsair's help. Also, the Outcasts never pirate in Bretonia, before or during the war. Corsairs were and still are pirating in Honshu often.
