It seems that Traders think they can do whatever they want. "Cannot participate in any unlawful actions" doesnt seem to have anything to do with trading. When a Trader rolls by, in Alaska, refusing to stop, carrying Cardimine, doesnt that sem quite OORP? I find it VERY angering that no one has the common sense to read their IDs.

Yup ... I know what you're talkin about ... now lets wait for some justifications as to why they are exempt from that.

The whole 'cannot participate in unlawful actions' thing is rather vague. For instance, it doesn't let the corrupt LPI take bribes, for instance, by my understanding of it.

It's all rather hazy.

And here's the first one. "Vague" ... "Hazy" ... see ... its ok and acceptable ... so we cannot question them or call them OORP. We must just let it go.
