The embargo was issued in RP by the Liberty government, something perfectly normal in a situation like this one when Liberty is preparing to assault Rheinland. Do you really think the Liberty government would allow goods to be exported to Rheinland to help fuel their war effort in a time like this? Iraq had an embargo placed on it long ago before it's invasion, and this isn't any different. The Liberty Navy admirals currently also roleplay the leaders of Liberty, so the embargo was issued in RP by the Liberty Congress, and not the Navy. The Navy simply enforces it.

Take note that Rheinland has a similar resolution placed from it's side, and if only RM were as active as LN, I bet you would have them stop you from exporting their goods into Liberty as well (which was decided by the Rheinland Chancellor - leader of the Military) so even if you did somehow manage to bring it down from the Liberty side, you would still be unlawful for doing it in Rheinland, unless what you carry is Passengers and nothing more.

But those facts are nothing in light of your effort to try to get the admins to undermine RP between the players of two flagship factions of two ingame houses, which completely took out all the RP from this situation. You should have been negotiating with the Rheinland and Liberty governments in order to have you exempt from the embargo perhaps? This situation was dealt with very badly, and I entirely disapprove.
