You forgot to put GMG in your faction diplomacy.
GMG had been redone since the last time KSP was applying.
Despite the fact that our H-fuel can be found all over Sirius we hold Kusari with high regards. Our new trade relations with Kishiro is strong and we are still supplementing your economy with H-fuel as Samura continues to develop their own operations in Hokkaido.
We've worked well together in the past against the First Fleet's invasion of Sigma-13 and later again when Wilde infested ships came wrecking through the Sigmas and were stopped at Honshu.
As such we at GMG hold the Kusari officials as Friendly.
