I've got a few, with a main one currently being Lourdez Mendez, a Benitez contact on Trafalgar, who has mentions in Custo' Benitez's flight log and a very brief mention in Destiny.

Thinking of Destiny, that will be throwing up TONNES of NPCs. The entire member base of the CGT for example (and yes, you'll have to wait to see what the CGT is) will be forum based.
