And another thing....Alska is a system forbidden by the libery navy...the navy should attck you there with executioners, avengers, cruisers and dreadnoguhts unless your rep with them is 0.90 or higher...or something like that.

Add to this the navy tag.. should be mandatory for player who wants to enter alaska (only navy members can enter, given that it is a high security zone)
