Warriors, I would like you all to pay particular attention to activities around Hiroshima and Honshu.

It appears that our security measures are being tested on a daily basis by smugglers, opportunistic traders, and treasure hunters. This must cease immediately. These violators of our sacred home must be taught a lesson.

Yesterday, another large trader, the "Frinjdeziaar" was sighted in Hiroshima, claiming to be "lost". The Chijin gave chase, but the vessel retreated behind our binary stars and was lost from scanners. Then, the vessel had the audacity to claim ignorance of our Codex. The captain was instructed several times to return back through Oita system; but managed to outflank the Chijin and escape through the Honshu jumphole, eventually escaping into the Sigmas.

After insuring the "Frinjdeziaar that he was guaranteeing himself a place on Kusari's "most wanted" list over private comms; the Captain finally transmitted the sum of 7 Million credits to pay the fines assessed. 5 Million paid for illegal passage through Hiroshima, and 2 Million paid for disobeying the lawful orders of the Kusari Military. The fine has been transferred to the Heikiko Maru.

The vessel's status has been downgraded from "criminal" to "person of interest" due to his timely settlement.

Be vigilant, warriors. Hiroshima must remain secure and sancrosanct.
