Yesterday Rekrut Klaus Utinberg was picked up by our patrols in Dresden. I took upon myself instructing him about setting up. I funded him from personal funds and also used 15 million from [RHA]RHT-Raeuber to get him the equipment he needs to survive in these hostile environments.
Following my instructions he made it to Casablanca to get himself a mini razor. He expressed his wishes to get a nuclear mine too and I told him to pay a visit to Mollys in Arranmore.
Unfortunately our long range connection was breaking up so I do not know what is his current status.
He needs Improved Debilitators from the armory and he's ready for operations equipment wise. One of our officers could make a combat evaluation of him. His reputation with the Rheinlandian entities will grow more hostile over the time once they all come to know his name.
All RHA personel are encouraged to teach him the basics in weaponry and codes of conduct and show him around. His knowledge of the area was minimal so accompanying him is advisable.
