Richard Tarigon scans through his contacts on board his ship. Having been gone for such a long time he was uncertain as to which of his previous flight companions would still be flying strong, or who may have given their lives for queen and country. Locating his old friend Percy Nelles, he chooses to update the details. The onboard computer starts to display information about Nelles. "Well bless my sainted trousers... A fleet Admiral, Nelles, He's done good for himself..." Maybe he would accept an old veteran back under the BAF's collective wing...
Starting up his messaging system, Richard proceeds to write:
For the attention of: Fleet Admiral Nelles
Sir, this is Richard Tarigon reporting. I have returned to the civilised worlds after too long soul searching in the nether systems. I believe that my mind is now settled, and as a result i am applying for my service to the BAF to be reinstated.
