And yes ya can't just crush everyone, but hey
There has to at least be some basic rules. A ZOI would greatly solve problems. And hence the beginning that said a proposal for others to comment on, even though it would not be in my place to make a final decision.

Granted all of Sirius has issues, but just saying "everyone has issues" is crap. Everyone should do a part to help with this issue. At least establishing people to have a ZOI is reasonable. And that character was a freelancer upon whom i commented "my inferno replaces tizs" as in an Inferno is a good alternative, so hey, don't make me look bad!

I'm just putting this out here and as far as I've seen, lots of people think this is worthwhile. I'm not saying it has to be law but discussing these things is highly worthwhile, it's not just trouble-Liberty did it and anyone who says its not better now is blind. It's worth at least observing everywhere
