So much for French ones.
There is allready so much unused factions,or active only on events. Do we need more of those?
But,I would join you in thinking about new pirate fractions,or at least something that you could call pirates.
Rhielanders, that hate outsiders, and stop any trade activity betwen Houses.
Something similar with Farmers in Kusari.
