Admin Notice : Banned for PvP Violation

BS|Lt_Eduard.Dominik has been banned due to a report posted on December 17 for :

Destroying another ship without an engagement notice.

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

Since the person who posted the report has already agreed to having these posted, here is the screenshot of that incident.

And after all of that you still lecture other people about roleplaying?


When I first saw this rule violation report, I thought this must be your 3rd or 4th sanction. I was wrong. This is at least your TENTH, since 8 show up in a search and I know one that you never bothered to reply to.

Your violations of the server rules have been constant and consistent. Over and over again you have shown complete contempt for the server rules and your fellow players. Your behavior will not be tolerated, and it will not be permitted to continue. You will change it voluntarily, or you will not be permitted to play on this server.

You are banned for 30 days as a consequence of your continued and unrepentant violations of the server's combat rules.

6.22 Sanctions for violating ID rules and RP engagement rules are: credit/equipment fine, placing inside the prison system, ban for up to 30 days. Player may be warned for using inappropriate ID for a short period of time, and sanctions will not apply if the ID status will be fixed as soon as possible by the player him/herself.

When you are permitted to return in 30 days, you had better bring a completely different attitude and play-style with you. Character deletion and/or a permanent ban is in your future if you do not.
