Tenacity, you just can't kill affiliated indies if they don't follow what a faction decided they would follow.

Say I made a Molly faction, then said "The Corsairs are our enemy, but we've bigger issues with Bretonia right now. We're going to agree to a cease-fire with the Corsairs."

You know what? That's totally acceptable RP. But, that doesn't mean we can kill any indy Molly who is still following the original hardcoded RP by fighting Corsairs. They can follow our mandates, sure, that's great, and it's good communication and cooperation, but we cannot force them to do so.

I know the Bluntage issue is more complicated than that, I read the whole thing, but that's what it comes down to in the end, and it's unacceptable to kill him for not following Bs RP. He isn't Bs.
