Good day, I am Captain Azuki Tamagochi of the Gas Miners Guild. I recently visited Liberty to refit one of our Whale Transports, and make trade with your systems in the process.

During the course of my transactions, myself and other pilots in Manhatten were treated to the spectacle of Liberty Naval Forces attempting to maintain order in the face of certain ADMIN class ships - an onerous task no doubt!

This was the cause of considerable mirth to those who were witness to the event. However I do not believe this excuses the rather unprofessional attitude of one Lt. Commander [LN]Seth.Karlo. I can provide telemetry of the communications if desired.

I do not take kindly to being told to 'shut it' by ANY officer who deigns to hold a rank, particularly when I have not made any slanderous or disparaging comment. Perhaps it is my precious and aloof Kusari upbringing, but for a commissioned officer to make such remarks to civilians is a disgrace to his commission.

Furthermore, when challenged as to the legitmacy of his demand for silence, utterances were made to the effect that this was not GMG territory and I was not to tell this officer what he could and could not do. I note at this point that at no stage did I make any demand against the officer.

I would also like to point out that there is no penalty for free speech in the Liberty Penal Code. Perhaps my Kusari mind-set does not understand the irony of the word 'Liberty' as applied to the local constabulary.

Thank you for your attention.
