Well, ill be the opposition here, NPC's piss me off, plain and simple.
It seems like every time I undock from isis in omicron minor, I've got a dozen nomads and half a dozen bounty hunters - including bounty hunter destroyers - camping the place. We should not have that many hostile NPC's right on top of our homeworld.
Further, every single fracking time I try to chase down a hostile player, I get navy and bounty hunter NPC's spawning out of nowhere spamming cruise disruptors at me.
Sorry, but I really dont want NPC's interfering with player encounters here. If anything, the number of NPC spawns and patrols needs to be severely reduced in 'normal' systems (guard system npcs could probably use a boost in both number and power though, for all guard factions).
In particular, I want to see the hostile NPC's removed from areas like toledo/isis, where we have a freakin battleship that's supposed to be keeping threats away from the planet. It's extremely annoying undocking to a barrage of bounty hunter fire, and it happens a good 90% of the time out here.
