If you want peace with the SCRA, you'll have to follow the following terms. Until you do, we'll continue to vaporize all WDR vessels we see. By the way, I'm generously saving you the need to buy yourself another battlestar, as the last two have been rather decimated...
1) All WDR Destroyers, Cruisers, and Battleships will be decomissioned immediatly, no exceptions. As you claim to be a 'peaceful, civilian' organization, I'm sure you don't need them, and their presence only provokes my pilots. The largest combat ship you shall be allowed is a Gunboat, and any violation of these terms with result in the continuation of hostilities.
2) As reparation for the loss of our supply lines, and the needless destruction of Coalition Civilians, we demand the following be delivered within 48 hours:
You should easily be able to afford it, as you should get quite a load of resources for scrapping your capital ships.
3) In addition, we demand a signed apology, handwritten in triplicate, to all members of the Coalition and any Zoners who've been harmed by your actions. It must be released on a public channel, and made avaliable to all. You must accept full responsibility for causing this little conflict, and genuinely apologize.
If there is no response to these demands within 24 hours, we shall assume you wish to continue your losing fight, and you will not be offered another chance.
