My only interest in the subject is the fact that your plans for a ruling council with actual authority to enforce edicts on independent Order players is completely and entirely against the (relatively recently created, and very recently enforced) rules. If you can do this to enforce your particular vision of Order RP, then anyone can, which is exactly what the original rule was created to prevent. Factions cannot control independents, period, and if an independent character acts in a blatantly ooRP manner then they can be reported. The Admins have been very clear that they don't want players enforcing server rules themselves, and it's a sanctionable offense to try and do so.
Amen brother.
No offense to you wolfpack, but I have some serious reservations about enforcing non-canon roleplay on folks, right after one of your own members got sanctioned for it. I don't care if it was a Bs| member and this new council is supposed to change that, the fact is that you announced the roleplay for The Order complete before you declared the council. You told them what they would say, and how to say it, before they were even formed.
