The rules and etc that they have put down are not the rules of the factions, nor the rules of some other being... Its how the Order is, and we can all agree that if you fly an Order ID, you should roleplay as the Order...
However, it's not Wolfpack's job, nor his right, to decide what is in-RP or ooRP for the Order, nor is it the job of the Bs or any Order player to enforce the rules. Both of those things are up to the Admins, and in the past they've gotten pretty pissed at players who try to do either.
