yup, to add the Order is possibly the smallest faction in disco. the entire Order is one fleet and it's imporrible to have a rogue group because they'd be kicked out or killed or something, having a rogue Order group wouldn't make sence in rp and out of rp.

And role playing as the Order is not openly attacking New York, Alaska is ok, but not New York.
