Actually were Linkus' edits inserted into this draft, it would be exactly what the Admins and Wolfpack agreed on. That's all there is to it. In fact I can go and edit it now.

All done, all ambiguity removed. Bs| and the Command Council do not get to rule over those who do not wish to follow the Council's dictates. I have asked Igiss to make a post in this thread concerning this, hopefully such a post will not be too long in coming.
