Wolf acts as a tiebreaker just in case.

Why should Wolf be the tiebreaker?
(honestly, I was under the impression that wolf was just here for the duration of the crisis, but even if not...)
Why not, perhaps, a respected and well known indie? Why not a current admin?

Seriously, what right does the Faction leader have to be the tiebreaker?
